The launch of the Rolls-Royce Phantom on 1 January 2003 was much more than the reveal of a new ultra-luxury car; it signalled the 21st Century renaissance of the world's most famous luxury automobile brand and the first glimpse of a masterpiece that quickly established itself at the pinnacle of automotive excellence.

For the preceding five years, under BMW Group ownership and in the absence of publicity, designers, engineers and skilled production staff had overseen the birth of a flagship Rolls-Royce motor car and state-of-the-art production facility on the Goodwood Estate in Southern England. Without parallel in the car industry, the achievement was all the more astonishing for a brand which shouldered the weight of historic ups (and occasional downs) and for which expectations for the future were rightly high.

From launch, the Rolls-Royce Phantom proved itself a worthy recipient of the famous Spirit of Ecstasy figurine. From Pantheon grille to long rear overhang, the design was clearly a Rolls-Royce. Every angle revealed a bold yet elegant car with road presence that was second to none.

For such an imposing car, Phantom surprised drivers with its agility and precision in motion while its ride was described by the company at the time as 'designed to lower the pulse'. The magnificently sublime ride, famed through model generations, had returned and waftability re-affirmed itself in the company lexicon.

At the car's core lay a ground-breaking, lightweight aluminium space-frame with power supplied by a sophisticated, direct-injection V12 engine, married to a six-speed auto gearbox. And complementing this excellence in engineering was Phantom's beautiful interior, presenting hand-stitched sumptuous leathers, fine veneers and exquisite detailing, a combination that marked the car as something uniquely special.

New Phantom variants were added, starting with Phantom Extended Wheelbase in 2005. In 2007, Phantom Drophead Coupé revealed the ultimate in luxurious open-top motoring, while Phantom Coupé, Rolls-Royce's sophisticated grand tourer, joined the family in 2008. All were warmly received.

A new world - Phantom Series II in summary
Today, Rolls-Royce presents Phantom Series II, a family of pinnacle cars that have been thoughtfully updated with the introduction of cutting-edge technology, enhancements to an already peerless drive-train and improvements in connectivity that reflect the changing world in which we live.

Rolls-Royce Phantom's striking and modern front end best encapsulates the essence of changes that lie beneath, with re-styled bumpers and rectangular light apertures that frame full-LED light clusters. These allow the integration of new technologies like curve light functionality, where headlamp beams are reflected in the direction of travel to provide greater illumination of the road ahead when cornering. And adaptive headlamps, where light patterns change automatically and - of course - effortlessly in response to different driving speeds.

Phantom's already sublime drive-train has also been enhanced. The addition of a new 8-speed automatic gearbox and rear differential perfectly complement the V12 direct injection engine, improving exemplary dynamics, as well as the famous Rolls-Royce promise of a magic carpet ride. Fuel consumption improves by 10 percent on the combined cycle and CO2 emissions fall from 385 to 347g/km as a consequence (388 to 349 for Phantom Extended Wheelbase).

Effortless is a word that perhaps best epitomises the Phantom experience, both for drivers and their passengers. So an improved user interface, as well as the addition of new driver assistance technologies, have been built on the foundation of a new electronics' platform for Phantom Series II. The satellite navigation system, for example, has been fully updated with functions that include 3D map display with landscape topography, guided tours, as well as enhanced points of interest and composite route planning.

Audio visual content, satellite navigation maps and driver information is presented on Phantom's new 8.8 inch control centre display, underlined by eight programmable bookmarks in chrome for optimum convenience in selecting key functions. Front, rear and top-view camera systems, further augment Phantom's ease of use particularly when driving in tight urban environments. When reverse parking for example, rear path prediction automatically deploys on-screen.

These significant changes add further substance to a reputation Phantom has proudly built since launch of the signature Rolls-Royce back in 2003. It is a new world. But it's a world in which the Rolls-Royce Phantom family will occupy a pinnacle position for many years to come.

Design
Like a piece of inspirational music, the Rolls-Royce Phantom continues to delight an audience. Familiar melodies - classic design cues that can be traced through the model generations - are brought to life by an orchestra of craftspeople working at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, where attention to the finest detail delights in every car.

Familiar themes begin with the famous Spirit of Ecstasy, proudly adorning each model's Pantheon grille leaning into the wind with fluttering gown, while in side profile all Phantom family members present a long rear over-hang and classic two-to-one wheel to body height.

The thin-rimmed steering-wheel is reminiscent of elegantly engineered multifunction helms of the Phantom II and III, while further cues in the form of bulls-eye air vents and organ-stop plungers further hint at past masterpieces.

But 21st Century design cues also delight owners, as well as those for whom a glimpse of a Rolls-Royce is a rare moment to be treasured. The interlocked double-R Rolls-Royce monogram in the hubcaps, for example, which remain upright at all times. And coach doors with soft close function, which house Teflon-coated umbrellas to provide the grandest form of disembarkation from any motor car, whatever the weather.

Nearly ten years from launch, the design team responsible for creating a modern masterpiece remain at Rolls-Royce. And for Director of Design Ian Cameron, updating a 21st Century classic would start with one priority: a harmonious, timeless design to embrace state-of-the-art technological improvements.

The new, modern front-end for Phantom Series II, perhaps best exemplifies changes that are more than skin deep. Recessed behind new rectangular light apertures and re-designed front bumpers are fully LED light clusters. The signature is an elegant and dramatic bar, capturing the simple elegance of a continuously lit element, a feature complementing Rolls-Royce tail light design. For balance and proportion, this is integrated horizontally across the centre of Phantom's four-compartment headlamp.

Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupé and Drophead Coupé now come with a single piece grille surround, presenting a smoother, more contemporary front end that arch into sculpted front wings, while Phantom saloon features a new rear bumper incorporating a polished stainless steel highlight.

Rolls-Royce Phantom Saloon and Extended Wheelbase wear a new front wing R-R badge with repeat indicator while three new wheel options, including painted, part-polished and polished, add to the range of 21" wheels, the largest fitted as standard to any production car.

Interior
Simplicity of design and the very finest materials contribute to the timeless architecture of any Phantom, where touch points are exclusively wood, chrome and leather and where feet can easily be lost in deep, lambswool rugs.

Arguably the best place to experience Phantom's luxury is from the rear seat of Phantom Saloon where passengers - elevated by 18 mm - are presented with an inspirational view down the long sweep of the bonnet and onto the Spirit of Ecstasy. A reduction in the number of seat flutes in front and rear, from five to three, gives a more modern complement to the car's sumptuous natural grain leather and flutes are also added to Drophead Coupé and Coupé seats for Phantom Series II.

An oasis of calm, Rolls-Royce interiors are the perfect environment in which to relax and unwind in welcoming silence. But they can also be a centre for entertainment. Phantom Saloon's theatre configuration adds two monitors within veneered picnic tables for rear seat passengers which are linked to a multi-media player, mounted in a compartment at the rear of the centre console. The inclusion of AV connectors, a six-DVD changer housed in the lower glove box and USB port in the centre console, means occupants can view separate content wherever they may be seated, front or rear.

The LOGIC7 surround sound system by Harman can create a truly cinematic experience on any journey. Seven individual sound signals are processed specifically for the car and its interior conditions using a combination of speakers that include subwoofers housed within resonance chambers in the space created by Phantom's double floor. A nine-channel amplifier delivers supreme clarity, clearly placing musical instruments, sound effects and dialogue at different depths giving the impression of sitting in row one or 20 of a concert.

At the touch of a button, Phantom's elegant analogue clock flips to reveal a new control centre display. The screen has increased in size from 6.5 to 8.8 inches with enhanced pixel density providing a more refined image, as well as split-menu display for more intuitive access to different functions.

A stylish new chrome controller, discreetly hidden within the centre console and rear-centre arm rests when not in use, is flanked by function keys such as menu, telephone and navigation to allow easier access to infotainment functions.

Eight functional bookmarks are now included beneath the monitor. These can be programmed to present desired information at the touch of a chrome key, for example the preferred orientation for satellite navigation maps, to present favourite television channels, pre-set radio stations or to access Phantom's telephone menu.

All Rolls-Royce Phantom family cars now benefit from improved interfaces and interaction with wireless technology. Finding a restaurant, booking a table, then being guided to its location, for example, comes courtesy of the improved functionality and inter-connectivity of Phantom's new satellite navigation system. Further enhancements to navigation functions include guided tours: at the Home of Rolls-Royce, which is situated next to the historic town of Chichester in England, drivers may choose to select a 45 minute tour taking in Roman Britain.

For Rolls-Royce Phantom Series II the telephone cradle has been replaced by a standard fit smart phone cradle which connects directly into the car antennae. The centre recess now also includes USB, Aux-in and 12V power sockets. Additionally, music can be copied directly onto the car's hard-drive, thanks to the addition of a USB port in the glove compartment.

"Lit in a different way" - new LED light technology
Rolls-Royce has a long history of technological firsts and is now the first car manufacturer to offer full LED headlamps as standard for Phantom models. As well as drawing less power from the engine, the characteristic whiter light provides a clearer view of the road ahead, helping prevent tiredness for drivers during long journeys on dark roads.

New light clusters comprise four compartments surrounded and finished with a polished, stainless steel bezel. Continuously lit, an elegant bar runs through the centre forming Phantom's LED daytime running lamps. LEDS in the top two pockets form dipped lights while full beam illuminates LEDs in the lower two. A separate, rectangular indicator strip sits below the headlamps.

LEDs present the opportunity for technologies that better manage the way light is projected, including curve light functionality and adaptive headlamps. The first uses electronically-controlled reflectors in upper and lower headlamp pockets, to improve the sweep of illumination when cornering. More of the road in the direction of travel can be seen as reflectors rotate by up to 15° in direct response to steering wheel turns.

Adaptive headlamps automatically change beam patterns according to driving conditions. Light is dispersed more widely for driving speeds below 50km/h to enable better views of cyclists and pedestrians. Between 50 and 120km/h the light cone extends and is skewed towards the near side to reveal potential hazards on a driver's side of the road, while for motorway driving at speeds in excess of 120km/h, the beam has a longer range and is more intense. Where windscreen wipers have been operating for more than two minutes in poor weather, dipped beams are automatically illuminated.

The convenient activation of headlight adaption is a further benefit, now being accessed directly via the rotary controller, rather than a switch located under the bonnet. This allows headlight settings to be switched between right-hand and left-hand drive markets, for example when driving from the UK to France, increasing comfort for those used to crossing borders.

Camera system
Everything about owning and driving Phantom models should be effortless, including manoeuvring in tight urban environments. Today, a new camera system is offered as standard for all Phantom Series II. Cameras are positioned in five locations, two in the curves of the front bumper, two on the underside of each wing mirror and one in the trunk lid.

These combine to present a fish-eye view at blind junctions or to provide ground images with obstacle recognition and reverse path prediction when parking This automatically deploys on the control centre display when reverse gear is selected and highlights the optimum reversing trajectory as well as the location of obstacles, helping prevent scuffs and alloy damage preserving the high value of a client's investment - and the inherent beauty of the car.

Additionally, all Phantom models carry six buttons that sit either side of the centre console's functional bookmarks; the button to the furthest on the right takes drivers immediately to a split image revealing objects at either side at the front of the car.

New Clio's versatility is founded on even more efficient road holding and enhanced travelling comfort, while power is provided by a choice of engines that show the way forward in terms of low fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. the range includes a diesel powerplant which returns an unbeatable 3.2 litres/100km and 83g of CO2/km.

Meanwhile, New Renault Clio boasts a spacious cabin and a particularly big boot (300dm3). it is also rigorously designed, targets the highest possible level of active and passive safety (5 stars euro NCAP new rating) and is built to Renault's exacting quality standards.

Buoyed by the passion of the teams behind its design, New Clio, like its predecessor, continues to pack features that are normally only associated with larger cars and responds to market demands in a rational, yet emotional way.

The hatchback version of New Clio will go on sale in October 2012, while Clio Estate and Clio RS are scheduled to follow in the first quarter of 2013.

New Clio: an incarnation of Renault's new design identity
New Renault Clio is the first production model to give full expression to the Renault design renaissance inspired by Laurens van den Acker. the objective was to take the style and emotion of the brand's concept cars and carry them over to production models. New Clio meets that goal.

New Clio is instantly recognisable thanks to its front-end styling which features a prominent Renault logo, set bold and upright against a gloss black background, a signature first seen on the DeZir concept car. This frontal treatment is made more distinctive still by the headlights units, which include chrome details, and LED daytime running lights.

Available exclusively in five-door form, New Renault Clio has a sporty silhouette, accentuated by the integrated rear door handles concealed close to the rear quarter lights.

New Renault Clio will be available from launch in a choice of eight body colours, four of which are new. One of these is the distinctive launch colour, Flame Red, which takes its inspiration from the DeZir concept car.

Balanced, dynamic exterior proportions which express sportiness and confidence

Renault designers paid particularly careful attention to achieving balanced proportions for New Clio. Standing at 4,062mm in length, 1,732mm wide (excluding mirrors) and 1,448mm tall, it sits 45mm closer to the ground than its predecessor. Meanwhile, the front and rear track have been significantly widened (by between 34 and 36mm).

The lower ride-height ensures an assertive stance which is also beneficial to the car's aerodynamics. pronounced shoulder lines make New Renault Clio visually distinctive.

New Clio's coupé-like silhouette is accentuated by the integrated rear door handles concealed close to the rear quarter lights.

The ratio of wheel-size to vehicle-height has been fine-tuned for a more dynamic look. The large-diameter wheels are pushed 15mm outwards compared with Clio III in order to fill and finish flush with the wheel arches. A steeply raked windscreen adds to this dynamic feel, as does the improved glass / body ratio when New Clio is seen from the side (one-third and two-thirds respectively).

A modern, welcoming, occupant-friendly interior
The desire to combine beauty with functionality shows through clearly in numerous aspects of the interior design, from the dashboard in the shape of an aircraft wing, to the neat packaging of the multimedia systems in the centre console, the availability of stowage space throughout the cabin and careful attention to detail. The wide choice of colours and the use of chrome and gloss-black highlighting add to the warmth exuded by the cabin.

New Clio's range of easily distinguishable equipment levels and interior trims provides customers with a choice of inspiring, exciting and status-enhancing ambiences.

A choice of finishes, each with its own personality

Each of the New Clio range's equipment levels and trims has its own personality and ambience. The quality of the design and materials (e.g. colour inserts in the upholstery) is apparent even in the case of the extensively-equipped entry-level version (height- and reachadjustable steering wheel, 60/40-split folding rear bench seat, electric front windows and mirrors, plus keyless entry and ignition - all of which are standard across the range).

A lavishly-appointed, range-topping 'initiale paris' version will be added in 2013.

The exact specification and name of the different equipment levels will differ in some of New Clio's markets.

A personalisation programme covering core-range versions
Both inside and outside, New Clio was designed from the very beginning to take personalisation to a new level, from the steering wheel to the side protection mouldings. there are countless combinations and buyers will be able to select a specific character for their New Clio based around one of the three decor themes: 'trendy', 'sport' or 'elegant'. there is something for every budget, while personalisation features are fitted at the factory and available for the best-selling versions.

Original and "Unmistakably Renault"
The personalisation programme is structured around three distinct decor themes ('Elegant', 'Sport' and 'Trendy'), plus a selection of configurations based on a careful match between body colour and the dominant colour of the graphics and wheels.

The personalisation programme features:
    Five exterior decor packs to enhance different areas of the body with chrome or colour trims.
    Three different roof graphics.
    A choice of two colours for the 16-inch diamond-effect wheels and a choice of the 17-inch diamond-effect wheels.
    Seven interior decor packs which highlight different parts of the cabin with colours or motifs.
    Four interior ambience packs which co-ordinate the colour of the dashboard colour with that of the upholstery and door panels.

For the exterior:
    Exterior decoration elements are available in five different finishes: Chrome, black, Red, blue and Ivory. These finishes concern the grille, rear hatch and side protective moulding trims. In addition, the door mirror housings, rear bumper apron and side protective mouldings are picked out in gloss black lacquer.
    The roof graphics come in a choice of three different themes: 'Elegant', 'Sport' or 'Trendy'.
    The 16-inch diamond-effect 'Passion' wheels are available in a choice of two colours: Black or ivory.
    The 17-inch diamond-effect 'Drenalic' wheels will be available from November 2012 in a choice of our colours: Black, red, Blue or ivory.

For the interior:
Interior gloss colour touches are available in a choice of four colours (black, Red, blue, or Ivory) and echo the same three themes as the exterior graphics ('Elegant', 'Sport' and 'Trendy'). These highlights concern the steering wheel, door panels, gear lever surround and air vent surrounds and are directly incorporated using a technique known as insert moulding.

In the case of the Dynamique equipment level, customers can choose from four colours for the interior ambience (black, Red, blue or Havana). These colours apply to the dashboard trim strip and door panels, with a matching colour for the upholstery fabric. A finishing touch for each ambience comes in the form of colour co-ordinated carpet mats, available as accessories.

Purposely designed
The personalisation programme emphasises New Clio's assertive character. From the very start of the project, areas lending themselves to highlighting were incorporated into the model's design. Meanwhile, quality is assured by the fact that features are assembled at the factory.

Renault R-Link: an integrated tablet connected to the car and the Internet
Having been first on the market with notable innovations such as steering wheel-mounted remote control of the radio (1982, R11 Electronic) and in-car navigation (1994, Safrane); after bringing keyless entry to volume cars (in 2001) and GPS navigation with high-resolution graphics (Carminat TomTom®, priced at under €500 for Clio in 2009); and having launched on-board connected navigation in the shape of Carminat TomTom® LIVE for Clio, Renault continues its stream of innovations with Renault R-Link.

Renault R-Link ensures that information is available as and when it is needed, thereby avoiding the driver having to take his or her eyes off the road. Renault R-Link's touchscreen display permits fingertip control which doubles up with the steering wheel-mounted remote controls for the audio and telephone functions. Renault R-Link can also be controlled using intuitive voice commands to dictate the address of a destination for navigation purposes, for example, or to call up different functions using instructions such as 'telephone', 'apps', 'send an e-mail', etc. This facility makes use of the system even more practical and safer. The Text To Speech function (TTS) permits messages or RSS feeds to be read out loud.

The apps developed for Renault R-Link are adapted for use by motorists, either by ensuring they are simple to use or by restricting access to certain functions while on the move. For example, functions which are overly interactive or long to use may only be used when the vehicle is at a standstill.

The catalogue of apps will cover a large spectrum of uses, extending from journey optimisation (TomTom LIVE services, fuel prices, location of parking places) and vehicle information (the monitoring of servicing, etc.), to budget guides ('by-the-kilometre' insurance, Renault tips, etc.), practical help (phone numbers, Yellow Pages, etc.), communications (e-mails, social networking, R-Tweet app) and entertainment/leisure (travel information, etc.) and emergency calls.

Renault's intention is to make R-Link store the benchmark automotive app store. To achieve this, it has favoured an open innovation strategy founded on input from major partners and development companies, as well as from start-ups which are brimming over with exciting ideas in the field of connected services and apps for automotive use. Partners in France include Pages Jaunes, La Poste, I-Dispo, Elle, balumpa, Michelin, Falk, Métro, Euronews, La Fourchette, Apila and NavX.

Porsche is doubling its range of driving fun in the new 911 generation by launching the all-wheel drive Porsche 911 Carrera 4 on the market in four model versions. The new sports cars with their uniquely powerful proportions combine the excellent traction and driving stability of the active Porsche Traction Management (PTM) system with the benefits of lightweight design, new engines and additional assistance systems - traction and dynamics to the fourth power.

Despite enhanced engine and driving performance, all four models consume significantly less fuel than their respective previous models; in some cases the savings add up to as much as 16 per cent. So, the new all-wheel drive 911 is consistently following the same course as the 911 Carrera Type 991 presented in 2011. The Carrera 4 takes top efficiency and performance to an even higher level.

The most distinctive identifying feature of the 911 with all-wheel drive is still the wide rear section: compared to the two-wheel drive 911 Carrera models, the wheel housings at the rear are each 22 mm wider, and each of the rear tyres is 10 mm wider. This increases the track width of the 911 Carrera 4 by 42 mm, and the track width of the S-model by 36 mm. The impressive look at the rear is highlighted by an exclusive tail-light panel with parking light and rear light functions. The tail-light panel runs directly under the spoiler edge and visually joins the two rear lights. For one, this emphasises the powerful back end of the vehicle; for another, it lends the all-wheel drive models a unique and very distinctive night design. When the lights are turned on, the illuminated rear light band visually connects the rear lights and signals that a new all-wheel drive 911 is driving ahead.

Indicator shows torque distribution: all-wheel drive made visible
In the new 911 Carrera 4, this special driving fun is being made visible for the first time: as a new standard feature, an indicator can be called up on the instrument cluster display that shows how the PTM all-wheel drive is distributing engine power. A bar indicator with ten segments per axle continually informs the driver of the drive torque available at the main transmission output as well as its current distribution to the front and rear axle.

New: ACC with Porsche Active Safe helps avoid front-end collisions
Making its debut in the 911 model series is the optional adaptive cruise control system with Porsche Active Safe (PAS) that is now being offered in Porsche 911 Carrera 4 models with PDK. Porsche Active Safe (PAS) supports driver attentiveness and warns drivers when they approach a vehicle ahead too quickly - even if the adaptive cruise control is deactivated. The system thereby helps to prevent front-end collisions, e.g. due to driver misperception of the speed of the vehicle ahead.

Change of generation: previous models set technological milestones
The new all-wheel drive models are replacing a very successful previous generation that has sold a total of about 24,000 units. This represents a 34 per cent share of second generation 997 models. In 2008, this generation introduced one of the greatest advances in powertrain technology ever made in the 911 with all-wheel drive: the cars offered engines with petrol direct injection, the Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) and the electronically controlled Porsche Traction Management (PTM). In July 2011, Porsche crowned the model series with the 911 Carrera 4 GTS, whose 3.8-litre engine was performance enhanced to 408 hp (300 kW).

All-wheel drive
The new all-wheel drive 911 cars are equipped with the latest generation of Porsche Traction Management (PTM). It is based on the system of the 911 Turbo, Type 997 and was especially optimised in its control strategy with a special focus on improving efficiency and fuel economy.

As a result, PTM now supports the typical Porsche coasting function of the 911 equipped with PDK. If the vehicle is coasting without drive power, the PTM clutch is opened. This reduces the braking torque of the all-wheel drive system, which in turn improves fuel economy.

Engine and transmission
With the generation change, the all-wheel drive models of the 911 Carrera now have new engines with 3.4 litres and 3.8 litres of engine displacement.

To increase their efficiency, the boxer engines feature electrical system recuperation and map-controlled coolant thermal management. Other measures that improve fuel economy are friction minimising actions in engine design, reduced rolling resistance with new generation tyres and the introduction of electro-mechanical power steering.

The principle of only calling up engine power when it is actually needed has led to a new feature for sports cars in the new 911 cars with PDK: coasting. In this case, the term refers to coasting without any engine propulsion, which enables idling fuel consumption over specific segments of the driving route. In practical terms, this results in fuel savings of up to one litre per 100 km with an anticipatory style of driving in everyday operation.

Sound Symposer intensifies acoustic driving fun
The new generation Porsche 911 Carrera also offers the driver even sportier driving fun in its acoustics. The Sound Symposer - a standard feature in all models - produces an even more full-bodied and sporty engine sound in the interior and is operated by the standard Sport or optional Sport Plus control button.

Sport exhaust system boosts power and enjoyment
A sport exhaust system is also available as an option for the new all-wheel drive models. It not only dethrottles the exhaust at the press of a button, but also merges the two exhaust lines. Pressing the sport exhaust system button on the centre console gives the six-cylinder boxer engine a more full-bodied sound paired with optimal performance. The acoustical effect offers even more emotional appeal, especially since the sound symposer flap is simultaneously activated. The sport exhaust system is visually distinguished by two twin tailpipes with unique styling.

Transmissions: seven speeds for dynamics and efficiency
The Porsche strategy for realising efficient performance includes two transmissions that deliver uncompromising sportiness as well as long gear ratios that improve fuel economy: the world's first seven-speed manual gearbox in passenger car production and the Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK), which also has seven gears. This means that drivers of the 911 Carrera with a manual gearbox can enjoy the same fuel economy advantages that the PDK is known to deliver: up to 19 per cent lower revs at the same vehicle speeds, which improves fuel economy by up to ten per cent in constant speed driving.

Chassis and control systems
In developing the new 911 Carrera generation, preparations were already made in tuning the chassis for the additional driving of the front wheels in the new all-wheel drive 911. That explains why the vehicle is largely based on the rear-wheel drive version. A significant exception is the wider track of the rear axle. Together with PTM all-wheel drive, this offers even higher stability in bends, even with powerful acceleration.

As in all 911 models, the longer wheelbase - lengthened by 100 mm compared to the previous model - provides for significantly better driving stability at high speeds. Other systems that guarantee top driving performance - some standard and some optional depending on the model - are the further advanced Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), dynamic engine mounts, Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), innovative electro-mechanical power steering, Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV), a high-performance brake system and the car's wheels and tyres.

PASM sport chassis with downforce at the rear axle
The PASM sport chassis - which sports a ride height lowered by 20 mm and an aerodynamic package - is also offered in the new Porsche 911 Carrera 4 models. This aerodynamic tuning results in less lift at the front axle and even provides downforce at the rear axle. In sum, the lift is zero. As a result, a 911 Carrera 4 with PASM sport chassis delivers exceptionally good road contact at high speeds and reacts very spontaneously and directly to steering inputs.

Driving through a bend faster and safer: Porsche Torque Vectoring
Offering even further enhanced agility in the new 911 cars is Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV), which is standard in the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S and is available as an option in the Porsche 911 Carrera 4. There are two versions of the system: PTV with mechanically locking differential for cars with a manual gearbox and PTV Plus with electronically controlled, fully variable differential lock for PDK vehicles. Essentially, when driving through a bend PTV/PTV Plus uses specific brake interventions at the inside rear wheel to improve agility and steering precision with a highly dynamic style of driving, and the differential lock improves the car's acceleration potential coming out of a bend.

Even sportier at the press of a button: from Sport button to Sport Chrono package
All 911 Carrera cars already have a Sport button as standard. It lets the driver choose tuning optimised for comfort and fuel economy or tuning that emphasises sporty performance. The optional Sport Chrono package with the additional Sport Plus button enables an even wider spread between sporty tuning and ride comfort in everyday driving. Besides configuring all relevant systems and functions for maximum performance, the Sport Chrono package also has controlled dynamic engine mounts.

New in the Sport Chrono package: downshifting with double declutching
The Sport Chrono package includes an analogue and digital chronometer; the optional PCM also has a performance indicator with memory function. Another new feature of the optional Sport Chrono package is that for vehicles with a manual gearbox it has been extended to automatically double declutch during downshifts in Sport Plus mode. In quick shifting, this better adapts engine speed to the lower gear, letting the driver utilise the engine's power or braking ability more effectively.

Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control for impressive performance gains
Making a decisive contribution towards impressive performance gains in the new 911 generation is Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) - an optional feature of the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. With this system, the 911 attains a new level in terms of lateral acceleration and handling. Body roll of the vehicle is nearly fully compensated by the variable stabiliser system up to maximum lateral acceleration, e.g. when steering into a bend, driving through a bend or quickly changing lanes. Because of the reduced roll angles, the tyres are always optimally aligned to the road surface, so that they can transmit maximum force in any direction. This boosts potential vehicle speeds when driving through bends.

Body and roof
The innovative lightweight body of the new 911 Carrera range was developed for top driving characteristics in both the Coupé and Cabriolet - and for rear-wheel and all-wheel drive versions - with just minor modifications.

All models share the weight advantages of the aluminium-steel construction with substantially improved rigidity, supplemented by local reinforcement elements in the soft-top 911s. The new 911 Carrera cars with all-wheel drive are up to 65 kg lighter than previous models.

911 Cabriolet: unique fabric roof with coupé properties
An eye-catching feature of the soft-top all-wheel drive 911 cars is the panel bow top - a new development by Porsche. This innovative technology has succeeded in creating a previously unattainable coupé-like roof arch of the soft top when it is up, and this leads to aerodynamic advantages as well. In addition, the weight of the entire top nearly matches that of the previous model, despite being longer and offering significantly improved comfort. Another innovation in all soft-top 911 Carrera cars is the integrated and electrically deployed wind deflector. Installing and removing it are now a thing of the past.

Interior and features
The interior of the new all-wheel drive 911 cars that is making its appearance is based on the new generation concept. The central design element is the centre console that rises towards the front. It provides excellent ergonomics that integrate both the driver and front passenger.

The operating concept permits uncomplicated and intuitive control of key vehicle functions. Already equipped with standard features that are extensive and high-end, the new 911 Carrera 4 cars can be customised to a wide variety of individual tastes with an extensive list of options.

Sport seats for dynamic driving and long trips
The defining interior element of all 911 Carrera cars is the standard sport seat system with electrically adjustable backrest angle and seat height. The optional sport seats with fully electric 14-way adjustment add - in addition to adjustments of the standard seats - electric adjustment of the longitudinal position, seat cushion angle, seat cushion depth and four-way lumbar support. The Sport Seat Plus option that is also available offers 18-way adjustment and more prominent side supports; it also offers adjustment of the side supports on the seat and backrest for optimal lateral support in all driving situations.

New: lightweight sport shell seats made of fibre-reinforced polymer
For 911 Carrera drivers with very sporty performance standards, Porsche offers new especially lightweight sport shell seats with folding backrests, integrated thorax airbag and manual longitudinal adjustment. The seat shell is made of glass-reinforced and carbon-reinforced polymer with a visible carbon surface. A special feature is the pivot point of the backrests, which lies high in the side supports. The lateral support that is characteristic of race car shell seats is thereby also assured in the pelvic area. However, the folding backrest still enables convenient loading of the luggage compartment in the rear.

It is a new approach to luxury in the car, according to Pininfarina's school of thought. The Cambiano is launched, a concept car that is elegant and sporty, refined and comfortable. An enticing combination of pure, cutting edge design and uncompromising engineering that respects the environment in both in the engine and in the choice of materials.

The Cambiano is an expression of Pininfarina today, embodying all the company's skills in terms of style, planning and research in the field of sustainable mobility. It is no coincidence that its chosen name is that of the town where Pininfarina has its headquarters. In 2012 the company celebrates a dual anniversary: the 30th anniversary of the Style Centre, which was set up in Cambiano in 1982 as "Pininfarina Studi e Ricerche", and the 10th anniversary of the Engineering Centre, which was inaugurated there in 2002, adding contract engineering to its activities of styling and niche design/production, and concentrating cutting edge technological tools and a team of outstanding specialists in one place.

The luxury sports saloon embodies the innovative archetypes of Pininfarina design in full. Another example was a milestone in the company's history, the Florida II, a concept car of 1957 which the founder Pinin Farina conceived and built for his own personal use, a saloon-coupé with an architecture and line that influenced global production for many years. In a way, it was Pininfarina's first real concept car.

Today, in 2012, the Cambiano redefines and reinterprets the ideas that are the basic tenets of Pininfarina design: harmonious proportions, taut lines and fluid surfaces, and a simple element that extends all along the side to underline its dynamism. The result is a very strong visual impact, emphasised by an extremely pure, aerodynamic shape based on essential and purely functional stylistic elements.

The Cambiano breaks with the general trend of design that is overloaded with elements, and confidently embraces the return of pure form as the absolute value, in the best "tradition" of Italian Style, reflecting the deepest essence of Pininfarina Design.

The Cambiano reveals its true character at first glance, starting from the unconventional layout of the doors: on the driver's side the car is a sports coupe with a single door, but on the passenger side there are two doors that open from the centre with no central pillar. This simplifies access and makes the most of the spacious, luminous passenger compartment.

The Cambiano is an expression of the car as a global project, and there is total consistency between every detail of the exterior and interior design, and between the colours, materials and the use of technology. Elegance and formal harmony blend in the association of complementary values: balance and contrast, the relation between full and empty, between solid and transparent. Formal purity and simplicity become elements of iconic design.

The proportions of the Cambiano convey dynamism and fluidity, thanks to the low tapered front and the light, fleeting rear-mounted cabin. The body of the car is one of simple, solid volumes, with large taut but sensual surfaces, enhanced by the innovative golden grey colour and iridescent blue reflections specifically developed for this project by Standox. The metal inserts in the sides are a new take on decorative mouldings and they continue all along the side glazing, incorporating the lighting and opening functions of the doors. The large honeycomb roof is ethereal and transparent and completes the body of the car, imparting a sense of solidity and of elegant refinement.

The front, with its clean, essential design, returns to a motif that is typical of Pininfarina: headlights incorporated into the grille and protruding wheel arches. The grille also incorporates a dynamic opening that is an air inlet for the turbo. The LED front headlights are simple "blocks" of pure, crystalline light. The tail lights and side indicators are almost intangible: only the light exists, appearing as if by magic on the surface of the bodywork. In the purest spirit of Pininfarina, the essentiality of the form becomes a very elegant expression of pure function.

The light is an integral part of the Cambiano design concept, inside and out. The relationship with natural light is simplified by the panoramic roof, which is translucent in some areas and transparent in others. With a carbon honeycomb structure mounted between the outside glass and a polycarbonate inner lining, the roof enhances visibility in the car - heightening the sense of luminosity and space inside.

The light is not only a natural element, but also emphasises the sensory experience of the passenger compartment thanks to a refined and functional lighting system, which exploits light channels inserted into the ceiling, the doors and the floor. The Cambiano is the first car to incorporate into the passenger compartment a contemporary video-art projection, created specifically by the Spanish artist Javier Fernandez with a very personal language of manipulated, overlapping images. The work is projected onto the ceiling where it can be enjoyed by rear seat passengers during the drive. Contemporary art, a preeminent feature of luxury, is thus incorporated into the concept of the car, leaving behind its elite aura and becoming accessible.

The complementarity between apparently contrasting elements is also expressed in the interior. Natural materials contrast with sophisticated details, and the physicality of pure matter with the immateriality of the most advanced forms of communication, which simplify the interaction between the driver and the car and his surroundings. It is a fascinating mixture of luxury craftsmanship and innovation: exclusive materials and outstanding manual work combined with the use of advanced technologies and innovative concepts.

Elegant and modern design converges in the interior with comfort, ergonomics and environmental sustainability, maintaining the same stylistic approach of the exterior. Fluid, sensual surfaces, a light, essential environment, with clearly defined functional zones: interactive controls and surfaces turned towards the driver, a more comfortable and tactile area for the other passengers. A fine, light facia, light but enveloping front seats suspended between the consoles and the sill, in a delicate balance between solid and hollow designed to create tension. The asymmetrical access to the passenger compartment determines the leaf structure of the two rear seats, which are almost suspended in the car, where occupants enjoy an environment that is made more comfortable and refined by the generous legroom. The interior is upholstered with Foglizzo leather, personalised in certain points with a special diamond point punched patter. The leather used on the Cambiano was chosen from the Pininfarina Leather Collection for Foglizzo, a collection of personalised natural and imitation leathers developed by the two Turin companies. The uprights and door panels are upholstered with polylactic acid, a plastic derived from sugar substances, treacle and milk serum, a solution that reduces the use of petroleum.

Like the entire lower part of the passenger compartment, the perfectly flat floor is made of recycled wood. This is the strongest and most typical element of the interior of the Cambiano, the fusion of matter and transformation, technological research and respect of cultural and environmental values. A choice dictated by the discovery of a wonderful material, which is both poor and noble: the wood of the "briccole", the poles of European oak used to indicate the navigation channels and moorings inside the Venice lagoon.

Riva1920, a historical Italian producer of solid wood furniture that has been working with Pininfarina Extra for over ten years, had the brilliant idea of recuperating the wood of these 12 metre poles, thousands of which are replaced every year. The wood is marked by the lagoon water and by marine microorganisms, which come alive again, creating a new manufact that is destined to last. Following the same principle, Riva1920 has created all the wooden elements for the interior of the Cambiano, using numerical control milling machine followed by manual final polishing and oiling. The result is surprising and evocative. The material is about to embark on its third lease of life, and it reveals its unique texture and the wear and tear of passing time: the holes made by the marine molluscs are still visible on the surface. Not only. This complex, delicate technological craftsmanship makes the interior of the Cambiano something unique that expresses an outstanding level of creativity and experience, thanks to this eco-friendly re-use of a natural, discarded material with the enormous evocative force of the huge cultural, emotional and artistic dimension attributed to Venice all over the world.

The atmosphere of extreme refinement in the car is underlined by another precious detail in the instrumentation: the timepiece manufactured in Limited Edition by the Swiss watchmaker Bovet 1822. This "Cambiano" Chronograph designed by Pininfarina can be removed from the dashboard and worn as a wristwatch, or used as a sports timer and even a table clock, due to its convertible concept.

The instrumentation of the driving position is divided into three priority zones according to use: the car's functions and performance, navigation and comfort, multimedia and connections. The main display shows the power delivered by the 4 electric motors backed up by the turbine, the battery charge and the fuel gauge, the total range and the range with all-electric operation, the driving mode (Ecocity, Snow/Ice, Efficiency, Sport, Drifting), and the speedometer. The driver monitors the navigator, the warning messages and the multimedia functions on the secondary display. The "swap" control transfers the navigator and other functions to the central display and vice versa. And a touch pad gives access to the interactive instrumentation and climate control. The driver controls the lights and the gear selector on the steering wheel, while the "Start" control and a device holder are on the centre tunnel.

The attention paid to detail is evident from the work carried out on the tyres. For the Cambiano Pininfarina specifically developed with Fate, Argentina's largest tyre production and exporting company, the first tyre for top of the range cars, Concept Tyre, from Eximia by Pininfarina. Fate's experts engineers contributed with precise studies and creative capability, making possible a further step in design, technology and security. Concept Tyre, from Eximia by Pininfarina, synthesizes the last progresses in the search of perfection: environmental care, superior constructive quality, and an advanced esthetic model.

Cambiano: new architecture, a generous range and maximum attention to environmental sustainability

The Cambiano also sets new parameters for eco-sustainability in the high performance luxury car segment, its strong points include electric drive which guarantees zero emissions in the urban cycle and a range with all-electric operation that is higher than any offered on the market today. And how could it be otherwise on a concept car from Pininfarina, whose genes have always included sustainable mobility, now one of the pillars of the company's industrial plan?

Pininfarina was concentrating on aerodynamics and alternative sources of energy as early as the 1970s: for example, with prototypes like the CNR Energetica 1 or Ecos, the first electric car developed by Pininfarina. In the 1990s Pininfarina offered new solutions with the Ethos, a family of 3 cars with an aluminium chassis, a body of recyclable resin, and an innovative combustion engine with low emissions, culminating in 1995 with the Ethos 3EV, another zero emissions car. More recently Pininfarina engineers turned their attention to research into hybrid vehicles with the Eta Beta and Metrocubo projects, the focussing on safety in 2004 with the Nido. In 2008 the Sintesi proposed a futuristic concept cap supplied by 4 fuel cells (one per wheel). Which brings us to the present: the BlueCar in 2008, the Nido EV in 2010 and the Hybus in 2011, a project to convert buses currently equipped with Euro 0-1-2 engines into buses with serial hybrid power packs.

This consolidated technological expertise and the ability to manage cutting-edge projects with great flexibility and innovation are expressed in the Cambiano. The perfect integration of the styling and engineering activities has produced an extended range plug-in electric car that combines top performance and roominess with the comfort of a luxury car and total respect of the environment. The type of engine chosen and the position of the battery pack in the rear of the car (under the luggage compartment) have created a vehicle architecture with a perfectly flat floor, that is regular and low, guaranteeing excellent access, liveability on board and a lower centre of gravity.

The drive system is based on four electric motors, one for each wheel, and the respective deceleration unit. The four motors, which are produced by Magneti Marelli, are mounted on the front and rear frames and each delivers a continuous supply of 60 kW with peaks of 150 kW for a total of 600 kW maximum power output, with torque of 640 Nm. Each motor is controlled separately and electronically to guarantee various functions, including energy regeneration when decelerating and braking, traction control with the option of continuously varying the torque split between the wheels independently (Vectoring Stability Program) and anti-lock braking assistance. The traction control strategies make the vehicle even more enjoyable to drive, guaranteeing outstanding performance and maximum safety over all types of routes.

The drive system incorporates an APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) to charge the batteries and, when necessary, to supply energy directly to the motors: this is a 50 kW Bladon Jets micro turbine which normally runs on diesel but which can be calibrated to be compatible with various types of fuel. In addition to this advantage, the turbine is smaller than those of piston engines with a similar power delivery, it weighs just 40 kg, and generates low polluting emissions. The micro turbine chosen for the Cambiano has technical features that make it particularly quiet and vibration-free, enhancing comfort for passengers. This type of extended range electric drive is thus amply in line with EURO 6 legislation, and is already compatible with possible evolutions (EURO 7 ready).

The battery pack developed by FAAM is installed between the seats and the rear axle, where it is protected from possible collisions and easily replaced during servicing. The battery is of the high power, high energy density lithium ion type, has a capacity of 50 kW/h, a peak power delivery of 500 kW, and can be recharged in 6 hours using a 6 Kw/h grid and in 52 minutes with the APU. Combined with the micro turbine, it guarantees a range of 205 km in the urban cycle in all-electric mode, and a total range in the NEDC (New European Driving Cycle) mixed cycle of over 800 km in extended range mode, higher than that of luxury sports cars with conventional drive systems. The battery is the fruit of FAAM's experience in the development of lithium batteries. FAAM's research into lithium ion cells will make it possible in the short term to achieve specific energy density values that are more than double those of lithium ion batteries currently on the market. This, associated with a larger specific power reserve, will make it the ideal solution for future electric cars. This result has been made possible by the improvement in the specific capacity of the electrodes: current anodic and cathodic materials are replaced by materials with a higher specific capacity, cells with high potential cathodes based on lithium nickel manganese oxide, LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4, with a spinel structure.

The composition of the pack is simplified by the small size of each cell, which allows for a certain amount of flexibility and adaption when installed on the vehicle. The battery case was designed to respect current crash test standards and it complies with ISO 26262 vehicle safety regulations. The battery is liquid cooled and protected by an insulating casing that guarantees that it will function in all use conditions, with a temperature range of da -20° C to +60° C. Battery functioning is monitored by a BMS (Battery Management System) unit, which verifies that the individual cells operate within the established normal functioning range. In the event of a malfunction, the battery is immediately isolated from the rest of the vehicle.

The Cambiano's generous range was achieved by the innovative drive system, by focussing attention on aerodynamic efficiency, obtained in the Pininfarina Wind Tunnel, and by a significant weight reduction: the Cambiano weighs 1695 kg empty, an excellent result if we consider the size of the car. The chassis is light, resistant and modular, comprising a carbon fibre cell for occupants and two aluminium modules, one at the front and one at the rear, which act as crumple cells, absorbing impact and supporting all the mechanical parts. This engineering solution allows the same modules to be used for an entire family of derived vehicles. The central cell can be built with materials and dimensions that will allow it to adapt to the various requirements of cost, manufacturing volumes and furnishings of the cabin of a future derived vehicle The front and rear structural modules will also adapt effectively to different wheelbases and tracks.

Where the energy management system is concerned, the objective is to minimise consumption and polluting emissions into the atmosphere, keeping turbine operating times to a minimum. This is triggered automatically when the battery charge falls below 20% of maximum capacity and turns off automatically when the speed is below 50 km/h (like restricted traffic areas in city centres). When necessary, the driver can activate or deactivate the turbine manually. On the road, the need to generate energy with the micro turbine will depend on how the vehicle is used, on the type of route (urban, rural, out of town) and on traffic. This information can be obtained by GPS navigator. The turbine can be controlled ready to generate a certain calculated quantity of energy, trying to keep its ignition and operating times to a minimum.

The Cambiano also delivers road-holding at physical limits in all road conditions and types of use. The driver can choose his preferred driving mode using a selector lever. For example, the Ecocity mode zeros local emissions, activates exclusively electric drive and excludes the turbine. In Snow/Ice mode, the load sensors on the four suspension units calculate the available friction coefficient: this automatically limits performance. Efficiency mode regulates the acceleration and top speed to maximise the range, but does not penalise enjoyment excessively. The Sport mode makes driving more exciting, accelerating from 0 to 100 in 4.2 sec, and limits the continuous top speed to 250 km/h. And finally, with Drifting mode, the individual control of the electric motors artificially sets the behaviour of the limited slip differentials. It is also possible to adjust the front/rear drive split so that the vehicle can be driven in rally mode, underlining the entertainment of driving on snow-covered or dirt roads.

The Peugeot 107 is renewed, more modern and even more urban, a spirited response to the thirst for autonomy, independence and freedom!

A market and customer base which is constantly changing
The Peugeot 107 evolves and is enriched with a regularly renewed range, special editions and new equipment, in order to keep up with customer expectations.

Its markets have developed too with 16 new countries making a total of 48 countries where it is now sold.

Like most vehicles in this category, the 107 is often the second or even the third vehicle of the household. On the other hand, it distinguishes itself from its segment with an even more predominantly female customer base and appeals to a higher proportion of single people.

The satisfaction that it offers, above all through its manoeuvrability, driving pleasure and economy is above the average for its segment.
After more than 665,000 vehicles produced by the end of 2011, the 107 is now writing a new chapter in its history.

Its aim: to develop its advantages in an increasingly competitive segment.

A new exterior style, subtle and sophisticated
With a completely redesigned front face and unchanged dimensions, the Peugeot 107 adopts the new style of the Peugeot marque, with a look that is both subtle and sophisticated, cut as closely as possible to the mechanics, while retaining its compactness.

The new, more curved bonnet incorporates the new identity of the marque, so the rib of the bonnet which frames the two-tone lion and the number plate repositioned in the centre of the lower front panel hint at its relationship with the 208.

While retaining their shape and their high position, the light units are more refined: at the front, they are extended and adopt a two-tone mask, echoing the colour of the marque emblem situated on the bonnet, whereas at the rear they are adorned with a dark mask thus framing the lamps with a deep ruby colour.

The new radiator grille, composed of honeycomb cells specific to the 107, forms a fine and distinguished mouth, suspended by the body colour that surrounds it.

The new lower front panel has contact cappings - one on the front face and the other two at the side - both aesthetic and protective, particularly useful in urban driving conditions.

The Peugeot 107 adopts a new visual signature at the lower front panel by means of LED day running lamps that emphasise the side protectors, and - according to the model - foglamps animated by a chromed bead.

All of these style components, designed with the utmost care, associated with a sharp body sill line and new trims, give the 107 a new identity, modern and likeable, combining refinement and a strong and thoroughbred appeal.

Furthermore, the range of colours sees the addition of an exclusive new "Plum" colour, modern and attractive, which matches perfectly with its character.

Inside, new equipment and colour schemes
The new "Mistral" interior colour scheme, the new "Manhattan" seat upholstery and the twomaterial door and dashboard trims, which now sport a single black colour, improve the perceived quality of the passenger compartment and give it a touch of refinement.

New comfort equipment makes an appearance, such as:
  • The CD audio system has 2 additional speakers as standard or as an option according to the level of finish.
  • A new PC Bluetooth CD audio system available as an option, combined with 2 additional speakers, offers USB, MP3 and Bluetooth connections that are usually found on vehicles of higher segments.
  • A new steering wheel combined with a new gear lever knob, both leather trimmed, available as standard or as an option.

A simple range and improved features
The Peugeot 107 still has a simple range with 2 levels of finish, available in 3-door and 5-door versions and with 2 engines: 1.0i 5-speed manual and 1.0i 5-speed two-tronic manual.

Its features improve still further with its new audio system that contributes to a higher level of comfort.
The leather-trimmed steering wheel, standard with the two-tronic gearbox is also fitted with steering wheel paddles making the 107 even more manoeuvrable and agile.

It's LED day running lamps and the foglamps, now available as an option or as standard according to the model, contribute to the safety of its occupants, making it more visible in all conditions.

"Last but not least", already very well placed as regards environmental efficiency in its segment, the Peugeot 107 lowers its levels of CO2 emissions still further to 99 and 104 g/km respectively for the manual and two-tronic gearboxes.

It running costs are also improved with fuel consumption reduced to 4.3 and 4.5 l per 100km respectively for the manual and two-tronic gearboxes.

A truly feminine special edition!
A very feminine special edition christened "ENVY" will be available at the launch in March 2012. This fashionable and glamorous version, adorned with either the new "Plum" colour or "Caldera Black", bears special decorations with a cherry blossom branch motif, in particular stickers on the rear door, the bonnet and the tailgate, a "Plum" colour embroidered and braided mat and a rev counter central decoration.

Aluminium door sills and a badge give an additional touch of refinement.
A style line taking up the cherry blossom branch motif is also available. It has a clever handbag pocket, ideal for organising your belongings and changing handbag without forgetting anything, as well as a very practical handbag hook - retractable and therefore compact - which is extremely useful for keeping your handbag "to hand and in sight", without placing it on the floor.

A wide range of personalisation and comfort accessories
With accessories developed especially for it, the Peugeot 107 also fulfils the desire for distinction and adapts to different uses.

Alloy wheels, a brushed aluminium gear lever knob, chromed effect door sills or mats embroidered with "107" give a touch of elegance and a distinctive character.
